The mission
I redesigned the LadiSales setup flow, from information architecture to high-fidelity designs.
Design challenges
1. Inconsistent Information Architecture: Users had to navigate multiple menus to configure their checkout pages. For instance, payment settings were in one section, UI customization in another, and integrations elsewhere. This disjointed structure confused users and slowed down the setup process.
2. Lack of Customizable Options: The platform offered limited tools to tailor the checkout page’s user interface. Merchants struggled to align the design with their brand identity, reducing the platform’s appeal.

Research
The first step is to analyze current information architecture and engage with optimization, ensuring that LadiSales's sitemap is intuitive for merchant navigation.
Redefine information architecture
The old process forced users to jump between menus—configuring payment settings, designing the UI, and managing integrations separately. I have crafted a new information architecture that helps users navigate between modules with ease

Wireflow & early testing
To make sure the new information architecture fit in with user mental model, I created a quick wireflow and present to merchants using LadiSales to see how they interact with it.

Design
We developed comprehensive wireframes as a guide for the product, capturing all functional elements and features for each screen to streamline the design process.
Checkout page builder
We built a checkout page builder so merchants can set up content (product blocks, form fields and more) and payment settings for their checkout page.

Products and reviews
We also added product management, so merchants can import their products or connect them from platforms such as Haravan and Shopify.
